Why This Exists
When we started looking into life abroad, the information was scattered across Reddit threads, outdated blog posts, and YouTube videos selling courses. The practical stuff — how much rent actually costs, how the visa process really works, what Canadian taxes look like when you leave — was buried or wrong.
Move Abroad Rentals exists to fix that. We research, verify, and organize everything a Canadian needs to know about renting long-term across the countries we cover. We focus on these countries because they're where the largest Canadian expat communities are, and where we can provide the most accurate, specific information.
This isn't a travel blog. We don't write about weekend getaways or Instagram spots. We write about signing leases, navigating healthcare systems, and figuring out your taxes. The boring stuff that actually matters when you're building a life somewhere new.
