Good photos get more enquiries
Listings with quality photos receive significantly more views and messages from Canadian renters. Here’s what we need:
Minimum 3 photos
Show the property from multiple angles. More photos = more trust.
1 exterior shot
Show the building entrance or facade. Helps renters identify the property.
1 window view
Include a photo showing the view from a window. Gives renters a sense of the area.
Accepted:
- JPEG, PNG, or WebP format
- At least 800 × 600 pixels
- Under 5 MB per photo
- Professional photography and HDR editing
- Virtual staging (AI-decorated empty rooms)
Not accepted:
- Screenshots from other listing sites
- Stock photos or images with watermarks
- Entirely AI-generated rooms (must be a real property)
- Blurry, dark, or very small photos
Virtual staging is welcome. If your photos include AI-staged furniture in real rooms, that’s perfectly fine — it’s standard practice. You can optionally note this on your listing to build extra trust with renters.

I don’t have a real estate license. Can I still list?

If you manage properties professionally, apply as a Verified Partner — we verify through your website, listing profiles, and business presence. If you’re renting your own property, apply as a Listing Owner — just confirm your email and submit your listing with photos.
How long does verification take?
Verified Realtors with a valid license number are verified instantly. Verified Partners are reviewed within 48 hours (we check your online presence). Listing Owners confirm their email immediately, and listings go through our photo and content review before publishing.
What’s the difference between the three badge levels?
Verified Realtor means your government-issued license has been confirmed — highest trust. Verified Partner means our team has reviewed your professional credentials and online presence. Listed by Owner means your email is verified and your listing passed our moderation review. All three can list for free.
Can I submit my listing in my own language?
Yes. Submit in Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, or English. We translate everything to English for Canadian renters automatically. Prices are shown in both your local currency and Canadian dollars.
Do you share my listings on social media?

What if my application is rejected?
You’ll receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include unverifiable credentials, photos that don’t meet our guidelines, or the property not meeting our minimum requirements (furnished, 1+ month term, residential). You’re welcome to reapply once the issue is resolved.
